Oscard Bogard is the owner of the FunTime Amusements arcade and he lives on the floor above. He made the 911 emergency call after a gang war happened in his arcade and it's believed he's still trapped inside with the suspects. He was voiced by Sean Donnellan.

Oscar Bogard makes an appearance in the FunTime Amusements mission in SWAT 4: The Stetchkov Syndicate. He is an obese Caucasian man in his fifties. He is bald and has brown eyes and has short beard and wears glasses. He wears a blue t-shirt, beige trousers and white shoes.
Location[]
Oscard Bogard is usually found on the ground floor of the arcade, either in his bedroom, in the ticket office or in the gaming room with blue and red lights.
