Heidi Rosenstein is the day shift clerk at Qwik Fuel Convenience Store, on duty from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. She is believed to be trapped in the store after Alice Jenkins’ raid. She was voiced by Kari Walgren.

Heidi Rosenstein is usually located in the backyard area of the gas station, either hiding inside a container or the men's restroom. She can also be found in the main shopping area or in the security office.
